The palate is light-bodied and medium-dry, carrying gentle fruit through a clean, supple texture. Bright, juicy acidity gives the sake freshness without sharpness, while the finish is tidy, nutty and softly floral. Serve chilled with sashimi, fresh cheese or lightly grilled vegetables.
