Bright yellow with a soft white head, opening on pineapple and citrus before lemon, tangerine and kiwi come through on the palate. Brett C and Lactobacillus fermentation give the beer a wild, tart shape, while fresh local kiwi and bright acidity keep the medium body lively. Serve cold with goat cheese, ceviche, grilled prawns, spicy noodles or citrus-dressed salads.
