Soma Hopped Apple Cider

Local Okanagan apples give this handcrafted cider a clean, crisp base, while hops bring aromatic lift and a moderately bitter edge. The palate is dry and structured, with fresh orchard fruit kept in balance by the firmer finish. It remains refreshing and food friendly rather than aggressively hoppy. Serve chilled with grilled sausages, sharp cheddar, tacos or roast chicken.

About Soma Craft Cidery
Soma Craft Cidery brought an old Kelowna property back into cultivation, planting its orchard in 2016 and releasing cider from the first harvest in 2018. The small family-run farm grows apples, presses them on site and carries cider through fermentation and bottling. Its small-batch range includes dry apple, oak-aged, ginger, hopped and seasonal cider. The property also has a tasting room, lounge, patio and farm inn.
