Gabbie’s Real Dry Cider
$16.99
Slow fermentation gives this traditional dry cider a complex, stony profile and gentle effervescence. Brisk tannins build across the palate, while a creamy texture provides balance before a crisp, steely finish. Made from Gabriola Island orchard fruit without added hops, fruit juices or sugar, it favours structure over sweetness. Serve chilled with aged cheddar, roast pork, charcuterie or grilled mushrooms.

About Ravenskill Orchards
Ravenskill Orchards makes Gabbie’s cider on Gabriola Island, where Marti Wright and Keith McKenzie founded a heritage-apple farm inspired by upstate New York. The two-acre orchard holds more than a thousand trees and twenty-five apple varieties, including heritage cultivars rarely found in grocery stores.
Gabriola-grown apples are pressed in small batches at the orchard; some recipes also use island-grown hops or locally sourced botanicals. Jim and Rebecca Barker and their son James took over the orchard and cidery in November 2024, working through an extended handover with the founders.
