A crisp West Coast IPA built around Citra and Mosaic. Bright grapefruit, mango and citrus zest lead the palate, with pine adding a clean resinous edge beneath the fruit. The hop character is generous but sharply defined, and a dry finish keeps the profile direct and refreshing. Serve cool with fried chicken, fish tacos, grilled pork, spicy noodles, sharp cheddar or herb-led vegetable dishes.
