Citrus zest, green apple and orchard fruit meet white flowers, brioche and a deep chalky note. The palate is taut and very dry, with a fine mousse and vibrant acidity giving shape to its broader texture. Long, precise and distinctly saline through the finish, it is especially well suited to oysters, crab, tempura or a simple aperitif.

About Adrien Renoir
Adrien Renoir represents the fourth generation of a Champagne-growing family in Verzy, in the Montagne de Reims. After working with his father Vincent through a gradual handover, Adrien began bottling the domaine’s wines exclusively under his own name in 2019. His single-parcel wines come from old family vineyards, including plantings dating to the 1960s. In the cellar, the wines are fermented in barrels and reserve wines are matured in oak.
