Mellow vanilla and caramel lead an elegant, softly fruited aroma, followed by orchard fruit and sweet pear drops. The palate is silky and creamy, balancing dried fruit with bright citrus and a restrained touch of spice. Toffee-apple richness gives the whisky depth without heaviness, while the finish is delicate, gently sweet and persistent. Serve neat or with a little water.
