Rich caramel and toasted oak lead the aroma, followed by vanilla and a light note of tropical fruit. The palate is smooth and rounded, with molasses-like depth, gentle baking spice and a soft honeyed accent bringing balance to the oak. The finish is warm, mellow and lightly sweet. Serve over ice, lengthen with cola or ginger beer, or use in a rum Old Fashioned where its caramel and oak character can take the lead.
