Clear pale gold, with light biscuit malt giving way to citrus, tropical fruit and a faint dank note. Citra and Simcoe fresh hops keep the profile vivid, while the body stays light, dry and crisp. The result brings lager-like refreshment to the sharper aromatic frame of an IPA. Serve well chilled with fish tacos, fried chicken, grilled sausages, sharp cheddar or citrus-dressed shellfish.
