Deep gold with a faint copper cast, opening on red cherry, wild strawberry, baked apple and citrus peel. Brioche and toasted nuts add depth before a powerful, vinous palate takes over, shaped by tart red fruit, chalky earth and lively acidity. Bone-dry and savoury, it finishes long, clean and mineral, with fruit and structure in equal measure.

About Vouette et Sorbée
Vouette et Sorbée is the Gautherot family's grower estate in Buxières-sur-Arce, in Champagne's Côte des Bar. Its five hectares have been certified organic and biodynamic since 1998. Pinot Noir is the main grape, with a growing share of Chardonnay.
The same team works in the vineyards and the cellar, harvesting by hand and pressing the grapes in a vertical Coquard press. Juice moves by gravity into casks or amphorae and ferments with native yeasts. The Champagnes are disgorged by hand without dosage.
