A bright purple colour with light garnet hues introduces a distinctly floral profile. The aroma recalls spring flowers, including rose, while the palate is highly aromatic and smooth. Made from natural flower aromas, the liqueur stays focused on fragrance and texture. Its character is direct: bright in appearance, floral on the nose, and smooth and aromatic on the palate.

About Giffard
Giffard began in 1885 when Angers pharmacist Émile Giffard developed a clear mint liqueur for guests at the neighbouring Grand Hôtel. He converted his pharmacy into a distillery and named the liqueur Menthe-Pastille after the mint sweets then in fashion.
Fruit and plants remain at the heart of its liqueurs and syrups, chosen for their aromas. Based in Avrillé since 1972, the house continues Anjou’s tradition of liqueur making.
