A bold tang of plum leads the palate, supported by a subtle spiced medley of orange and cinnamon. The fruit remains fresh and juicy rather than jammy, while the sour structure gives the finish clean definition. Spice is measured and secondary, adding warmth without obscuring the plum. Serve well chilled with roast pork, duck, grilled sausages, blue cheese or a dark chocolate and orange dessert.
