Pilsner malt and toasted flaked rice keep the palate light and orderly, while Loral, Cluster, Sterling and Czech Saaz bring aromatic lift. High carbonation sharpens the finish and leaves the beer clean and refreshing. Serve cold with fried chicken, sausages, fish tacos, pretzels or mild cheddar.
