Tart cherry and dried raspberry meet black olive, thyme, warm stone and sun-baked garrigue. Medium-bodied and bright on its feet, the palate layers cranberry, sour cherry, pepper, earth and dried herbs over fine-grained tannins. A savoury mineral snap brings focus to the lingering finish. Serve slightly cool with roast chicken, herb-crusted lamb, mushrooms, grilled vegetables or charcuterie.
