A ripe Southern Rhône red with blackberry, black cherry and plum, framed by garrigue, pepper and licorice. The palate is medium- to full-bodied, with supple tannins, juicy dark fruit and fresh acidity keeping the wine warm but balanced. A savoury, lightly earthy finish makes it a natural partner for grilled lamb, roast vegetables or herb-seasoned sausages.

About Domaine Rabasse Charavin
Domaine Rabasse Charavin traces six generations of family winegrowing in Cairanne, beginning in 1880. Laure Couturier represents the current generation, carrying forward a property developed by her parents, Alain and Corinne. The family now works about 45 hectares across Cairanne, Rasteau, Violès and Travaillan, including parcels with old vines.
The soils are cultivated mechanically, and the family avoids chemical weedkillers and fertilisers. The range includes Cairanne, Rasteau, Plan de Dieu and Côtes du Rhône.
