Field House Gold Sour

Light in colour, with huge peach character, a touch of apricot and fresh lemon zest. This golden sour carries ten per cent alcohol. The peach note is described as huge, apricot appears in a smaller touch, and fresh lemon zest supplies the stated citrus detail. Those fruit notes accompany the documented sour style and alcohol level.
