Old Malt Cask Blair Athol 25 Year Old Sherry Cask

Sherried and generous, opening with summer berries, pastry and a spoonful of thick cream. The palate turns toward orchard fruit, with chocolate and cinnamon adding warmth around the malt. Oak remains present but controlled, giving the sweetness a firm frame. The finish is subtly drying and persistent, carrying barley, seasoned wood and a final echo of dark fruit and cocoa.
