Cooked agave leads with earthy, vegetal depth, followed by warm spice, vanilla and a restrained layer of oak. The palate is creamy and concentrated, balancing mature barrel character with a brighter green edge. Cinnamon, black pepper and a faint nutty note add complexity without masking the agave. The finish is long, dry and lightly smoky. Serve neat to appreciate its savoury detail and structure.
