Gold colour accompanies honeysuckle, white blossom and honeyed orchard fruit, together with apple and white flowers. The medium-bodied wine has finesse, tangy acidity, chalky minerality, lemon curd and crushed citrus, with a long mineral finish. Chardonnay fruit comes from Anderson Valley in California. Bosc pear, red apple, stone, honeycomb and baker’s yeast add further detail.
