Dark chocolate and roasted malt lead a deep, inviting aroma without becoming heavily roasted. The palate is deceptively light, soft and creamy, with gentle coffee, cocoa and caramel tones carried by restrained hops. A faint nuttiness adds savoury depth before a smooth, balanced finish. Serve well chilled with a burger, roast mushrooms, aged cheddar or a simple chocolate biscuit.

About Hoyne Brewing Company
Sean Hoyne founded Hoyne Brewing Company in Victoria in 2011, after nearly twenty years brewing at Swan’s and Canoe brewpubs. He and Chantal Hoyne began in a small Rock Bay warehouse, selling their first beers in hand-signed growlers. The brewery takes inspiration from classic European brewing, making core lagers and ales alongside seasonal and limited releases.
