About Dom Pérignon
Dom Pérignon makes only vintage Champagne, with each release drawn from a single harvest. The wines blend Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and mature slowly in bottle on their lees. Vintage spends at least eight years in development, Rosé at least twelve and Plénitude 2 at least fifteen.
