Black Sheep Single Estate Blanco Tequila

Fresh blue agave sets the tone, with gentle fruit, green herbs and white pepper shaping the aroma. The palate is creamy and rounded, balancing natural agave sweetness with citrus, subtle earth and a clean peppery edge. Its single-estate Highland character is expressed with restraint: vegetal notes remain present but never dominate the fruit or texture. The finish is smooth and composed, carrying herbs, pepper and lightly sweet agave. Serve neat, over a large cube, or in a spirit-forward Margarita.

About Black Sheep Tequila
Black Sheep Tequila began with agave grower Rodolfo Tabarez and entrepreneur Jason Charles in Jalisco. A fifth-generation agave farmer, Tabarez tends Blue Weber agave in the Los Altos highlands.
Ripe agaves are selected individually, then their hearts are closely trimmed before cooking. Production uses slow cooking, open wooden fermentation vats and small pot stills.
