The palate is creamy and rounded, balancing natural agave sweetness with citrus, subtle earth and a clean peppery edge. Its single-estate Highland character is expressed with restraint: vegetal notes remain present but never dominate the fruit or texture. The finish is smooth and composed, carrying herbs, pepper and lightly sweet agave. Serve neat, over a large cube, or in a spirit-forward Margarita.
