Pineapple and citrus lead the aroma, carried by generous late hopping rather than aggressive bitterness. A simple malt bill gives the palate a cloudy, silky texture and lets the fruit remain clear from first sip to finish. The overall shape is full of hop flavour but deliberately low in bite. Serve cold with fish tacos, spicy fried chicken, grilled halloumi, pork sandwiches or sharp cheddar.
