Dubonnet Rouge Grand Aperitif

Scarlet in the glass, with dark highlights and an aromatic mix of autumn fruit, warming spice and dried herbs. The palate is gently sweet and rounded at first, then gains definition through a refreshing bitterness. Red-fruit depth and savoury botanicals keep the texture composed rather than heavy. Serve well chilled on its own or use its bittersweet profile to add structure to classic aperitif cocktails.
