Dry, blonde and hop-led, this locally focused pilsner combines a crisp frame with delicate floral and pine aromas. Grassy, lightly spicy hop notes meet a suggestion of orange blossom, giving the finish brightness without losing its restrained lager character. The palate stays light and precise, with enough bitterness to remain refreshing. Serve cold with schnitzel, grilled sausages, roast chicken, mild cheese or salty snacks.
