Fresh oregano, spearmint and chamomile lead a vivid herbal aroma, with lemon verbena and citrus adding lift. The palate is bright and balanced, combining brisk acidity with an extra-dry profile and a firm quinine bitterness. Rooty herbs and thyme give the middle savoury depth, while a subtle orange note softens the edges. The finish is long, fresh and elegantly bitter. Serve well chilled, over ice, or as the dry vermouth in a classic Martini.
