Luppolo Vinello Viola Piquette-Inspired Barrel-Aged Sour

Light and effervescent, with cherry candy, watermelon rind and rose petals giving the aroma an unusual but coherent lift. Juicy watermelon follows on the palate, framed by the gently tart character of a barrel-aged sour. A piquette-inspired approach and second-use Cabernet Sauvignon grape pomace connect the beer closely to winemaking tradition. Serve cool with charcuterie, creamy cheese, roast poultry or a berry-led dessert.
