Barrel-aged whisky gives the cocktail a rounded core, lifted by real lemon and orange juice. Nutmeg, clove, cardamom and cinnamon bring warming spice, while vanilla softens the edges. Nitrogen creates the creamy body and foamy texture of a shaken sour without making the finish feel heavy. Chill thoroughly, shake firmly and pour straight into a cocktail glass, or serve over ice for a plush, citrus-led winter drink.
