Henry of Pelham 2024 Baco Noir
$24.99
Dried cherry, prune and Concord grape appear with molasses, liquorice, dried flowers, vanilla and coffee. The palate has good depth of dark fruit, supple weight and integrated tannins, with coffee on the finish. Made from Baco Noir in the Niagara Peninsula, this Ontario red draws on a winter-hardy, dark-skinned hybrid variety. The family farm dates to the nineteenth century, and the winery is among the region’s pioneers.
