Passion fruit leads with generous intensity, carried by Riwaka hops and a warm fermentation with Lunar Crush yeast. Pacifica hops bring a floral counterpoint and measured bitterness, keeping the fruit-forward character balanced rather than soft. Barley, wheat and oats give the hazy palate a composed grain base. Serve well chilled with spicy noodles, fried chicken, grilled halloumi or a sharp, creamy cheese.
