Highly aromatic, opening with rose petal, jasmine and ripe stone fruit over subtle garrigue and vanilla. The palate begins fresh, then broadens into a rounded, generous texture shaped by a blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Vermentino and Viognier. Mineral lift and warming spice carry the wine through a lingering, savoury finish.
