Citrus and vanilla lead with herbal freshness, dried grass and a lightly biscuity note. The palate is sweet and rounded, bringing orchard fruit and honeyed malt into balance with cinnamon and soft oak. Sherry and bourbon casks add breadth without overwhelming the fruit. The finish is clean and warming, leaving apple, lemon, vanilla, cinnamon and a gentle cereal richness.
