Mainland Whisky Kazoo Single Barrel Canadian Whisky

Ripe cherry, warm caramel and marzipan lead a generous nose, with toasted oak and butter adding depth. Abbotsford corn and British Columbia pale malt form the base, matured for three years in recoopered Okanagan wine barrels charred in-house. The palate moves through vanilla, spiced apple and roasted almond, with white pepper bringing lift and definition. Creamed honey and stewed cherry return on the finish, joined by a final note of vanilla. Enjoy neat or with a few drops of water to open the fruit and oak.

About Mainland Whisky
Steve Watts founded Mainland Whisky as a distillery and lounge in South Surrey. Inspired by American moonshine traditions, he works with both conventional barrel ageing and an experimental process called Time Machine, which uses heat, pressure and sound.
Kazoo and Frying Pan, two of the traditionally aged whiskies, are made with British Columbia grain and mature for three years in recoopered Okanagan wine barrels charred at the distillery.
