Honey leads the aroma, while a full malt expression brings notes reminiscent of crisp toast and chocolate-hazelnut spread. The medium-bodied palate is balanced rather than heavy, with enough freshness to keep the sweeter flavours composed. Serve slightly cool with roast pork, glazed ham, aged cheddar, chocolate tart or toasted nut desserts.
