Fresh lime gives the opening a bright, energetic sourness, set against herbaceous tequila and the rounded citrus sweetness of triple sec. A measured saline note adds shape and keeps the flavours taut rather than heavy. The palate is compact, lively and well balanced, with a clean lime-led finish. Serve very cold from the can or pour into a chilled coupe with a lime wedge and lightly salted rim, alongside tacos, ceviche or guacamole.
