A fragrant Oregon Pinot Noir with rose petal, button mushroom and wild raspberry. The palate is medium-bodied, juicy and transparent, with sweet red-berry fruit supported by fine tannins and fresh acidity. Pretty but not slight, it finishes with gentle savoury detail and works well with salmon, roast poultry, mushrooms or simply grilled pork.
