The palate is rich and fleshy rather than heavy, with mature oak framing the fruit and a restrained floral note bringing lift. Extended ageing gives the spirit a settled texture and measured warmth, while the nutty and spiced elements build through the middle. The finish is balanced and persistent, carrying dried fruit, seasoned wood and gentle perfume. Serve neat in a tulip-shaped glass.
