Honeyed malt, red apple and soft tropical fruit lead a generous aroma, followed by a light yeasty spice. The palate is rounded and fruit-forward, with lively carbonation keeping the texture fresh. Gentle sweetness gives way to measured hop bitterness and a faint tart lift. The finish is crisp, warming and neatly spiced. Serve well chilled with roast chicken, washed-rind cheese, sausages or moules-frites.
