Mint, quinine, lemon rind and brine appear with a light oak note. The middleweight palate has a stony character, followed by a balanced, clean and dry finish with length and complexity. Honeysuckle, linden and crushed stone also add further detail. The wine is Chardonnay from estate vines in the Fourchaume sector known as L’Homme Mort.
