Chamomile and cardamom appear with citrus and green-fruit notes of bergamot, lime and pear, while minerality is also recorded. The wine is full-bodied, with tannins that are present but soft. Pepper, clove and a long aftertaste add further detail. This dry white is made from Assyrtiko and carries 13.5% alcohol under the Santorini P.D.O. designation.
