Eclipse, Galaxy and Citra create a broad, saturated fruit profile, but the evergreen detail gives the palate definition and keeps it from feeling one-dimensional. The finish is aromatic, bold and firmly hop-driven. Serve well chilled with fish tacos, spicy noodles, grilled chicken or a mature cheddar.
