Wheat malt and Belgian yeast create a soft, lightly rounded base, lifted by coriander and orange peel. Hibiscus adds a floral accent and a gently tart edge that keeps the palate bright, while the citrus and spice remain clearly defined through the finish. The balance is refreshing and composed. Serve well chilled with goat cheese, ceviche, grilled prawns, roast chicken or a citrus-dressed salad.
