A structured Cabernet Sauvignon with blackberry and cassis, framed by tobacco, leather and a measured oak note. The palate is dark-fruited and composed, with enough depth for grilled red meat, hearty pasta or aged cheese. Firm but approachable through the finish, it also works well on its own after a little time in the glass.
