Pot-still and fine-grain whiskeys are blended, and the spirit is triple distilled. The aroma is light and floral, with sweet notes and spicy wood. Barley grown in Ireland and water from the Dungourney River are used in production, and maturation takes place in oak casks. The documented profile combines a gentle fragrance, sweetness, wood and spice in a smooth style.
