This spritzy, low-alcohol fruit piquette combines freshly pressed Gewurztraminer and Foch pomace with Golden Delicious apple juice fermented on Pinot Noir skins. Empress plums mature for eighteen months in neutral oak, adding another fruit component to the finished drink.
