Fine, energetic bubbles lift ripe cherry, redcurrant and candied citrus, followed by hazelnut, warm chalk and delicate toast. The palate is generous yet precise, with nectarine and red fruit carried by a creamy, silky mousse. Mineral tension, subtle spice and a saline edge keep the richness clear. The finish is long and textured, lingering on citrus peel, chalk and roasted nuts.
