Fresh and finely chiselled, with lime zest, green apple and lemon framed by chalk, white flowers and a subtle pastry note. The palate is silky and linear, its fine mousse carrying bright citrus and mineral tension into a clean, saline finish. Precise rather than showy, it is a natural match for oysters, shellfish, gougères or simply prepared fish.

About Champagne Pascal Agrapart
Champagne Pascal Agrapart is an Avize grower-producer with holdings concentrated in the Chardonnay-planted grand cru villages of the Côte des Blancs. Vineyards are ploughed and nourished with local compost. Estate bottling proceeds without fining or filtration, followed by hand riddling. Vénus comes from one Avize parcel worked without heavy machinery and is bottled as a vintage Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs.
