Juicy and soft, this hazy IPA is dry-hopped heavily with Galaxy and rounded out with Mosaic. Peach, papaya, guava and orange create a layered tropical profile, while oats, pilsner malt and spelt give the palate a fluffy texture. A touch of bitterness keeps the fruit focused through the finish. Serve well chilled with fish tacos, spicy fried chicken, coconut curry, grilled pork or sharp cheddar.
