Château de Laborde 2017 Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru Les Corbeaux

$160.99

Ruby-toned and generous, with thyme, sweet spice and a light thread of roasted cocoa around ripe red and dark fruit. The palate is broad and enveloping, carried by savoury Pinot Noir structure into a long, appetizing finish. A natural partner for duck, beef or slow-cooked dishes.

About Château de Laborde
Château de Laborde stands at Meursanges, near Beaune, in a château built in 1678. Hervé Kerlann settled at the property in 1998 and revived its wine production. Alongside wines from his six-hectare estate, Kerlann makes and ages wine from purchased grapes. The range includes regional, village and Premier Cru Burgundies, including several from the Côte de Nuits. A dedicated winery was completed in 2016.
