This dry red Burgundy is made entirely from Pinot Noir. The domaine’s vintage work included rigorous sorting, an average of 60% whole clusters and gentle pump-overs. The wines spent twelve to fourteen months on heavy lees, followed by ageing on fine lees. New oak was capped at 30%, and the wines were neither fined nor filtered.
